The City of Nashville, Georgia, is pleased to announce that we have lowered our ISO rating from a 6 to a 5 becoming effective on February 1, 2009. We have also lowered our 5 mile radius ISO from a 9 to a 8B also effective on the same date. Over the past few years, the City of Nashville's Mayor, City Council, Administrative Staff, Fire Department, and Water Department have worked very hard making necessary changes in our Fire Department and Water Department to help lower our ISO rating for our citizens. This change will help lower insurance premiums for our residents.
